The geographical scope of insurance coverage comprises activities in the Member States of the European Union and hence meets at least the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Regulation for lawyers (BRAO), § 67 of the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), §§ 51 et seq. of the Regulation on the Implementation of the provisions regarding tax consultants, tax agents and tax consultancy firms (DVStB), § 54 of the Public Accountants Act (WPO) in conjunction with the Regulation on the professional indemnity insurance of chartered accountants and certified accountants (WPBHV).
